BELGRADE, 27 October 2014 – At the official handover ceremony held in the premises of MAN Importer Serbia, 32 new MAN TGX trucks of Euro 6 ECO Class were handed over to the company RALU Serbia.
Together with new modern trucks in region, total investment amounts to 6.5 million euros, which represents one of the biggest transactions of this type in the region. The largest part of its vehicle fleet was thus renewed after only four years, which is in accordance with the highest European standards of managing vehicle fleet.
“Since the beginning of its business operations, RALU Serbia has paid considerable attention to the quality of its infrastructure and all its processes. We have developed the transportation part of our business to a very high level, and the latest purchase of MAN vehicles means, both to us and our clients, that we constantly improve our very high business standard. We have a quality cooperation with MAN and we are certain that the latest series of trucks will provide our clients with additional security regarding the quality assurance of all the goods we transport“, said the manager of RALU Serbia, Vladimir Milosavljević, adding that the largest part of the fleet in the company was thus renewed, and now there are 55 truck tractors specialized for transport of goods in refrigerated (-25 C) and fresh regimes (0-8 C) in Serbia, whereas the whole Group has almost 190 trucks.
MAN TGX vehicles of ECO Class 6 represent the latest series of MAN trucks which are still present to a small degree in this part of Europe. Trucks are equipped with sophisticated and most modern devices for communication and monitoring the operating parameters of the vehicles, condition and temperature of goods in real time, and they are connected to the satellite tracking system. These vehicles satisfy demanding restrictions for reducing harmful emission of gases and at the same time provide a longer life of vehicles.
