Zagreb, December 7, 2016 – The Supervisory Board of RALU Logistika, a logistics service provider, has passed a decision on appointing a new Management Board. Ivan Perković, former member of the company’s Finance Board, has been appointed new President of the Management Board, while Mario Mesaroš and Pavo Leko have been appointed Members of the Management Board.
Ivan Perković took the leading position over from Zvonimir Šćurec, who successfully managed the company’s important investment and development cycle during the past four years. In October 2015, the company built a logistics and distribution center in Rugvica, thus successfully completing a major construction project. This year, the company purchased a logistics and distribution center based in Serbia. In doing so, we have ensured all the preconditions for achieving the company’s business vision - to be the leading independent integrated cold chain logistics service provider in Southeast Europe. Furthermore, we have set the foundations for taking a greater step forward in the logistics business, while at the same time keeping the focus on transport, thus completing our offer of integrated cold chain logistics services in the region. Due to more extensive operations, the company has started hiring again. In the upcoming period, we expect to increase the number of employees by 80 and 50 persons in Croatia and Serbia respectively.
Luka Rajić, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and owner of RALU Logistika, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Šćurec, former President of the company's Management Board, for his contribution to the efforts invested in achieving the company's goals and for completing one whole business cycle during the last four years, and congratulated the new Management Board President on his appointment.

Mr. Perković, the new President of the Management Board, joined RALU Logistika's team in 2010 as Acquisition and Integration Manager. Working as RALU Group's Regional Finance, IT and Purchasing Director since 2012, he has played an active role in all key processes and decisions, particularly in the sales, restructuring and business optimization segments, key investment projects and other strategic activities. In 2013, he became a member of the company’s Finance Board. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Perković worked as Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading consulting company, where he built a successful career during seven years of service.
Mr. Mesaroš started working at the company in 2010, and has been a Member of the Management Board since 2014, while Mr. Leko joined RALU Logistika in 2015 as Operations Manager.
